  • Customer knowledge. Make sure you form a good picture of your desired audience. Put yourself in the world of your customer so you can better understand what is important in their life or business. In addition to providing an overview, this also provides the ability to adjust more quickly if it appears that the goals are not being realized.
  • Sales training. Invest continuously in training on sales skills. Just as an experienced athlete leaves nothing to chance by thorough training, training and coaching should not be lacking in the sales profession. If you want growth, you want to know which behaviors will get in the way of your results and what development you can go through to achieve them.
