How does it work?
The program starts with a Sales Colors assessment to identify sales styles and development points. Every other week there is an online coaching session of 1.5 hours in which current topics and skills are discussed. We align coaching with your company's commercial strategy. We also provide input for sales leadership so that guidance in daily work seamlessly integrates with coaching.
Investment
The program lasts a minimum of three months per participant, at an investment of €699 per month per participant. That includes the Sales Colors assessment. Personal sales coaching can be flexibly extended until the salesperson acts at the desired level.
