2. What data do we process and for what purpose?
We process personal data that you provide to us yourself via the website, and data that is collected automatically during your visit.
2.1 Contact form and making an appointment
When you contact us via the website or schedule an appointment, we process your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We use this information to answer your question and schedule an appointment with you.
2.2 Free Quick Scan
When you request the Free Quick Scan, we collect your name and email address. We use this information to grant you access to the Sales Colors Quick Scan and to share the results with you.
2.3 Newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your first name, last name and email address. We use this information exclusively to send you the newsletter with sales tips. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.
2.4 Website visits and cookies
On our website, visit data is collected using Google Analytics to gain insight into how the website is used. Upon your first visit, you will be informed about this via the cookie notification on the website, in which you can set your preferences. For more details, see our cookie notification on the site.
3. Basis for processing
We process your data based on one or more of the following grounds:
- Execution of an agreement or taking action at your request prior to a possible agreement (contact request, appointment, Quick Scan);
- Consent, for example for the newsletter and non-essential cookies;
- Legitimate interest, for example to improve and keep the website secure.
4. Sharing of data with third parties
We share your data exclusively with third parties to the extent necessary for the purposes mentioned above, or to comply with a legal obligation. We work with, among others:
- Annamail — for sending our newsletter;
- Sales Colors — for the implementation and access to the Quick Scan;
- Google (Analytics) — for website statistics;
- Brovisuals — our website builder, for technical management and hosting of the website.
With parties that process personal data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement where required to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Retention period
We do not store your personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected:
- Contact requests and appointments: for as long as necessary for processing and, in the case of a customer relationship, for the duration thereof plus the statutory retention periods (e.g., tax purposes 7 years for administrative data);
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe;
- Quick Scan data: as long as necessary to provide access and results, unless a customer relationship is established.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful processing, including secure connections (SSL) and access restrictions to systems where data is processed.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data that we process about you;
- Having incorrect data corrected;
- Have data removed;
- To withdraw your consent (for example for the newsletter);
- Object to the processing of your data;
- Request data portability (portability).
