How I started teaching training

Years ago, I and a fellow manager faced a challenge: we wanted to open some new dealerships, but despite the favorable market, no suitable sales people were available. It became clear that we had to attract talent in a different way.

Our solution? We focused on recruiting people with strong communication skills and a commercial interest.

For them, we developed a customized training program to prepare them for a successful career in sales.

During the training, these new employees not only had the opportunity to develop their skills, but also to put them directly into practice. With customized guidance, they learned to successfully conduct conversations from start to finish. It was inspiring to see how quickly they grew and built confidence in their roles.

Now we are years down the road and bring all the experience and theoretical knowledge together in person-centered trainings.
