Want, wat zou het verkoopresultaat zijn als je salesteam minder omzetpieken en dalen heeft? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is algemeen bekent dat het juiste consequent gedrag tot resultaat leidt. Als de sales strategie meetbaar wordt gemaakt kan het gewenste gedrag gestimuleerd worden. Je wilt niet verrast worden door fluctuaties in het salesresultaat. Omstandigheden of excuses zijn achteraf de opgevoerde redenen waarom een doelstelling niet gerealiseerd is.
