Goede producten en diensten maken het werk van een verkoper een stuk eenvoudiger. Alleen is dat nog niet genoeg om volledig succesvol te zijn. Deze feiten zullen ten alle tijde duidelijk en zichtbaar moeten zijn. Door een helder stand van zaken komt er duidelijkheid over welke stappen nog gezet moeten worden voor het gewenste resultaat.
