La gestion des relations est trop souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme de l'administration. J'ai souvent entendu des coll\u00e8gues dire : \u201cCe n'est pas mon truc\u201d. \u201cJ'ai mes clients dans la t\u00eate\u201d ou \u201cJ'ai un dossier ou une corbeille o\u00f9 je garde mes devis en attente. J'y jette un coup d'\u0153il tous les jours\u201d.  Ce qui est faux, c'est que les vendeurs en question font de la politique \u00e0 court terme. Ils confondent les termes \"gestion des relations\" et \"gestion du syst\u00e8me CRM\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9finissons donc d'abord les termes.<br><strong>Gestion des relations<\/strong> est d'entretenir activement la relation avec le prospect ou le client. L'objectif est de faire en sorte qu'un lien quasi ins\u00e9parable se cr\u00e9e entre le vendeur et le client. Cela permet de s'assurer que l'achat se fait en bonne intelligence. En m\u00eame temps, les achats futurs peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme acquis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gestion du syst\u00e8me CRM<\/strong> travaille avec un syst\u00e8me de gestion de la relation client. En d'autres termes, il s'agit d'un syst\u00e8me informatique qui doit permettre au vendeur de g\u00e9rer efficacement ses relations avec la client\u00e8le. Le syst\u00e8me doit aider le vendeur. Il lui est plus facile d'avoir un bon journal d'appel de ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9 entre le vendeur et le client. Et \u00e0 quel moment le vendeur doit logiquement relancer le client. Il aide le vendeur \u00e0 agir de mani\u00e8re proactive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Les vendeurs recherchent la commodit\u00e9, alors offrez-la leur<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Souvent, les syst\u00e8mes de gestion de la relation client sont complexes et les vendeurs ne les connaissent pas. L'enregistrement des conversations est donc davantage per\u00e7u comme un fardeau que comme un avantage. Les commerciaux consid\u00e8rent alors l'enregistrement comme une obligation. Ils ne voient pas les avantages d'un rapport et d'un suivi ad\u00e9quats et commencent alors \u00e0 frustrer le syst\u00e8me. La cons\u00e9quence est qu'ils finissent par s'en accommoder, car ce que l'on met dans un syst\u00e8me en ressort. Ce qui est mis dans un syst\u00e8me en ressort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises commerciales devraient investir davantage dans la formation de leurs vendeurs \u00e0 l'utilisation correcte des syst\u00e8mes de gestion de la relation client. Il est \u00e9galement important que les d\u00e9veloppeurs de syst\u00e8mes de gestion de la relation client fassent preuve d'une plus grande souplesse dans leur mise en place. Les vendeurs veulent de la facilit\u00e9, alors offrez-leur cela aussi. Pourquoi de nombreux syst\u00e8mes CRM bv sont-ils toujours adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 un environnement de bureau alors que tous les commerciaux se prom\u00e8nent avec un smartphone ? Si le commercial pouvait travailler dans un environnement d'application, il pourrait, tout en prenant un caf\u00e9, prendre des notes ou se relire pendant que le client l'attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis convaincu que chaque vendeur souhaite enregistrer les coordonn\u00e9es de son prospect s'il sait que cela l'aidera \u00e0 obtenir une commande.
