Ils cherchent le contact, distribuent des tracts et parlent aux citoyens, parce qu'ils veulent repr\u00e9senter notre voix dans la politique locale ou nationale. Mais d\u00e8s que les \u00e9lections sont termin\u00e9es, les stands disparaissent et le calme revient. Quatre ans plus tard, ils sont de retour, avec un nouveau slogan : cette fois, ils vont vraiment faire les choses diff\u00e9remment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En attendant, la confiance du public doit perdurer pendant quatre ans. Seules les prochaines \u00e9lections permettront de savoir si l'homme politique a r\u00e9ellement \u00e9cout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L'homme politique en tant que chasseur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Devrions-nous donner \u00e0 ce politicien un <a href=\"https:\/\/hetsalescentrum.nl\/fr\/couleurs-de-vente\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"2758\">\u00c9valuation des couleurs de vente<\/a> de l'entreprise, il finirait probablement par devenir l'un des <em>Chasseur<\/em> \u00e9mergent. Il recherche activement le contact, voit des opportunit\u00e9s partout et fait preuve d'un enthousiasme contagieux. Mais si les r\u00e9sultats ne sont pas au rendez-vous, il se d\u00e9concentre tout aussi rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux vendeurs ont \u00e9galement l'ADN du chasseur : ils sont motiv\u00e9s, \u00e9nergiques et proactifs. Il y a contact, mais la conversation ne correspond pas aux besoins du client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un autre risque est qu'un chasseur ne cherche \u00e0 entrer en contact qu'\u00e0 l'approche d'un remplacement ou d'un renouvellement de contrat. Cette situation est comparable \u00e0 celle d'un homme politique qui ne se manifeste qu'\u00e0 l'approche des \u00e9lections et qui reste invisible en dehors de cette p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vous cr\u00e9ez un climat de confiance entre les conversations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque produit et chaque secteur requi\u00e8rent leur propre approche, mais une chose est universelle : la vente est une affaire de personnes. La confiance ne se cr\u00e9e pas lorsque le client doit prendre une d\u00e9cision, mais bien avant. Ce n'est que lorsque le client est s\u00fbr de pouvoir faire confiance au vendeur qu'il osera se montrer vraiment ouvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un vendeur qui investit dans la gestion des relations remarque que tout se passe mieux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>r\u00e9duire les objections,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la discussion sur l'actualisation devient moins cibl\u00e9e,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et le chemin vers l'accord semble plus naturel et \u00e9gal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame apr\u00e8s la mission, cette relation reste importante. Un gestionnaire de comptes ne doit pas remplacer un service apr\u00e8s-vente, mais le fait de maintenir un contact r\u00e9gulier permet de ne pas l'oublier. De cette mani\u00e8re, vous \u00e9vitez d'appara\u00eetre uniquement lorsque vous \u201cdevez vendre quelque chose\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le meilleur vendeur ne se contente pas de chasser, il connecte. C'est l\u00e0 que r\u00e9side le v\u00e9ritable profit.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le pouvoir de l'ami d'affaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une bonne gestion des relations permet au client de conserver sa confiance, m\u00eame en cas de probl\u00e8me. Gr\u00e2ce au contact avec son propre vendeur, le client a un exutoire, se sent \u00e9cout\u00e9 et la relation reste intacte. L'achat suivant n'est alors pas le fruit de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, mais de la logique et de la confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La le\u00e7on \u00e0 tirer pour les vendeurs et les hommes politiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Non, un vendeur ne doit pas se comporter comme un politicien qui ne se pr\u00e9sente que lorsqu'il y a quelque chose \u00e0 gagner.
