Une remarque qu'un entra\u00eeneur sportif ou un coach personnel fera pour vous motiver \u00e0 rel\u00e2cher vos muscles avant ou apr\u00e8s l'effort sportif. C'est un fait que des muscles souples et d\u00e9tendus sont mieux \u00e0 m\u00eame de supporter un effort de puissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'assouplissement est \u00e9galement essentiel pour un gestionnaire de comptes ou un vendeur. Dans ce cas, il ne s'agit pas tant des muscles que de la pens\u00e9e. S'il est coinc\u00e9 dans ses pens\u00e9es, le vendeur forme un blocage mental interne. Ce blocage se r\u00e9percute sur le contact avec le client. Le vendeur est rigide dans son approche, trop ax\u00e9 sur la performance et trop incapable d'offrir une solution au probl\u00e8me du client. Ce comportement finit par se r\u00e9percuter sur les r\u00e9sultats. Les chiffres de vente chutent et les bases d'une spirale descendante sont jet\u00e9es. Parce que le vendeur est bloqu\u00e9 dans son mode de pens\u00e9e, il ne pourra pas renverser la vapeur de mani\u00e8re autonome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous faites un effort et que vous pensez que le poids est trop lourd pour \u00eatre soulev\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau, votre pens\u00e9e sera confirm\u00e9e. Vous ne parviendrez pas \u00e0 soulever le poids. L'\u00e9tat d'esprit est essentiel. Il en va de m\u00eame dans le domaine de la vente. Si le vendeur pense que son client n'ach\u00e8tera pas, cela deviendra le r\u00e9sultat de son effort. Ce que vous pensez s'exprime dans vos actions. Il est donc important qu'un vendeur ou une vendeuse entre dans un entretien de vente avec confiance en soi. Les clients pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent faire des affaires avec quelqu'un qui a confiance en ses actions. Il exprime sa confiance et influence votre fa\u00e7on de penser en criant \u201ctu peux le faire\u201d. La profession de vendeur semble parfois \u00eatre une profession individualiste. Le charg\u00e9 de client\u00e8le est seul, il entre de mani\u00e8re autonome dans les locaux d'un client potentiel. Pourtant, ce \u2018vendeur solitaire\u2019 a besoin d'une voix motivante. Un coll\u00e8gue ou un directeur commercial qui lui dit \u201ctu peux le faire, si quelqu'un peut conclure l'affaire, c'est bien toi ! Qui m'ont propos\u00e9 une solution \u00e0 laquelle je n'avais pas encore pens\u00e9. Ou qui m'ont mis au d\u00e9fi d'aborder une situation avec un autre \u00e9tat d'esprit. Cela m'a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 reprendre le fil ou \u00e0 atteindre un r\u00e9sultat dont je ne me savais pas capable auparavant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En partageant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mes exp\u00e9riences et en \u00e9crivant des r\u00e9flexions sur la vente, je souhaite vous inspirer.
