La semaine derni\u00e8re, Anthon Geersing, en collaboration avec <\/a>Paul van Ark<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure d'assurer la formation \u00e0 la certification C-Sales de Mercedes-Benz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chez Mercedes-Benz, les vendeurs suivent essentiellement le programme C-Sales. Ils y apprennent des questions sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la marque ainsi que des techniques de vente. Certified, le label de Mercedes-Benz pour les v\u00e9hicules d'occasion, a un contenu sp\u00e9cifique et a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 au programme C-Sales par le biais de cette formation.

Tous les conseillers commerciaux charg\u00e9s de la vente de jeunes voitures de tourisme Mercedes-Benz d'occasion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s de l'\u00e9tat actuel de la situation concernant le label Certified. Les diff\u00e9rentes facettes du processus de vente de voitures d'occasion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9es et discut\u00e9es entre les concessionnaires. Ils ont appris les uns des autres ce qui va bien et o\u00f9 il y a des possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement.

Paul van Ark est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Mercedes-Benz depuis plus de 25 ans. Il est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans le domaine des voitures d'occasion. Avec ses coll\u00e8gues, il apporte son soutien aux concessionnaires Mercedes-Benz, notamment en ce qui concerne les voitures certifi\u00e9es. \"Cela faisait des ann\u00e9es que la Commission des v\u00e9hicules d'occasion et nous-m\u00eames souhaitions disposer d'une formation sp\u00e9cifique sur les v\u00e9hicules certifi\u00e9s\", explique Paul.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\"Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able de constater \u00e0 quel point les concessionnaires ont partag\u00e9 ouvertement ce qui va bien et ce qui peut \u00eatre ajust\u00e9. Nous avons \u00e9galement obtenu les compl\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires avec lesquels nous pouvons travailler.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La formation \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s ouverte. \u00c0 l'aide de questions ouvertes et d'un questionnaire Mentimeter complet, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au d\u00e9fi de r\u00e9pondre. Les r\u00e9ponses n'ont pas seulement port\u00e9 sur l'\u00e9tat actuel des choses dans les concessions, mais aussi sur la mesure dans laquelle les conseillers de vente influencent le processus global entourant la voiture d'occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
