{"id":1547,"date":"2022-02-17T10:48:09","date_gmt":"2022-02-17T09:48:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hetsalescentrum.nl\/?p=1547"},"modified":"2023-08-31T20:09:41","modified_gmt":"2023-08-31T18:09:41","slug":"un-bon-vendeur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hetsalescentrum.nl\/fr\/een-goede-verkoper\/","title":{"rendered":"Un bon vendeur !"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Histoires<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout le monde conna\u00eet l'histoire d'un vendeur... et puis il arrive !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La semaine derni\u00e8re, j'ai parl\u00e9 \u00e0 une relation qui m'a spontan\u00e9ment fait part de son exp\u00e9rience dans une grande cha\u00eene de magasins de meubles (pas \u00e0 Amersfoort ;-)). Il m'a racont\u00e9 que sa femme et lui \u00e9taient venus sp\u00e9cialement pour regarder des chaises qu'ils avaient vues en ligne. Une fois le si\u00e8ge approuv\u00e9, il ne restait plus qu'\u00e0 choisir la couleur. La vendeuse, qui les a rejoints apr\u00e8s une longue attente, leur a indiqu\u00e9 qu'ils pouvaient \u00e9galement commander en ligne lorsque le couple a hoquet\u00e9 sur deux couleurs. Si la couleur ne convenait pas, ils pouvaient renvoyer les chaises en un rien de temps. Sur le chemin du retour, les chaises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 command\u00e9es. En ligne... mais aupr\u00e8s d'une autre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, car il s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 qu'elle \u00e9tait non seulement moins ch\u00e8re de 70 euros par chaise, mais qu'elle pouvait \u00e9galement livrer dans un d\u00e9lai d'une semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma relation l'a racont\u00e9 en disant que l'entreprise aurait bien besoin d'un programme de formation \u00e0 la vente. En effet, si la vendeuse \u00e9tait all\u00e9e de l'avant et avait demand\u00e9 la commande, elle l'aurait marqu\u00e9e. Le couple n'aurait alors jamais cherch\u00e9 plus loin en ligne. Le passage \u00e0 la commande en ligne a \u00e9t\u00e9 le \u2018conseil bien intentionn\u00e9\u2019 qui a fait chuter les ventes ailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vendeurs bon march\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'internet semble envahir de nombreuses entreprises \u00e0 droite et \u00e0 gauche, car les clients ach\u00e8tent facilement en ligne. Pourtant, ce sont souvent les entreprises traditionnelles qui, par leur propre choix, cr\u00e9ent le terrain propice \u00e0 cette \u00e9volution. L'une d'entre elles engage des vendeurs bon march\u00e9 parce que \u201ccela permet d'\u00e9conomiser beaucoup d'argent\u201d. Ou bien la formation de l'\u00e9quipe de vente s'arr\u00eate apr\u00e8s que toutes les informations sur les produits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9es ; apr\u00e8s tout, il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire d'investir davantage dans le personnel ; les gens apprennent \u00e0 vendre dans l'atelier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La diff\u00e9rence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme le montre l'histoire de ma relation, le lien humain fait toute la diff\u00e9rence ! Si \u00e9conomiser sur du personnel qualifi\u00e9 semble judicieux sur le papier, la diff\u00e9rence se paie souvent de mani\u00e8re n\u00e9gative. Qu'il s'agisse d'un achat priv\u00e9 ou professionnel, les gens veulent de l'attention ! Les gens veulent un int\u00e9r\u00eat personnel dans le d\u00e9fi o\u00f9 le produit ou le service \u00e0 acheter peut faire la diff\u00e9rence. La connaissance du produit est n\u00e9cessaire mais insuffisante en soi.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hetsalescentrum.nl\/fr\/methode-de-travail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de vente<\/a>&nbsp;sont essentiels pour faire la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un bon vendeur (m\/f) peut.. :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une \u00e9coute ouverte et sans pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comprend comment la d\u00e9cision est prise et qui l'influence,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sait comment entrer en contact avec les clients,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ose poser les bonnes questions au bon moment,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et est capable d'anticiper dans le processus de vente existant et de conna\u00eetre les opportunit\u00e9s et les menaces du march\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous connaissons tous des histoires de vendeurs comme celle de ma relation. Certaines peuvent \u00eatre encore plus extr\u00eames.
