Ensemble, nous faisons ressortir les talents pr\u00e9sents. Et lorsqu'un changement s'op\u00e8re, le client le remarque dans les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9thode de travail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant d'entamer un programme de formation ou de coaching, des entretiens pr\u00e9liminaires permettent d'identifier les souhaits et les besoins du client. Une chose est claire : quels r\u00e9sultats voulez-vous am\u00e9liorer et pourquoi ? En fin de compte, il est agr\u00e9able de voir qu'un programme de formation s'ach\u00e8ve sur un r\u00e9sultat mesurable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous roulons ensuite le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hetsalescentrum.nl\/fr\/methode-de-travail\/\">SIR\u00a0<\/a>mod\u00e8le de. Un scan de l'\u00e9quipe ou de l'individu. Au moyen d'explications, de questions stimulantes, de devoirs, de jeux de r\u00f4le et autres, l'objectif est de faire comprendre au(x) participant(s) comment il(s) peut(vent) briser son(leur) cercle vicieux et parvenir \u00e0 ses(leurs) fins par l'action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naturellement, outre la croissance et les bons r\u00e9sultats, nous nous effor\u00e7ons d'avoir des clients satisfaits. Quel plaisir de recevoir une belle confirmation de la part d'un client apr\u00e8s des services rendus.
