Hierdoor word je beter in staat jouw product of dienst af te stemmen op de behoefte van je doelgroep. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.klantkijkers.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mystery onderzoek<\/a> is in te zetten om een beeld te vormen van de eigen organisatie gezien vanuit de klantbeleving,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bouw een relatie op<\/strong>. Vertrouwen opbouwen is een essenti\u00eble basis voor succesvolle verkoop. Investeer tijd en aandacht aan de inhoud van de relatie met je klant. Als je een stevig fundament hebt verkoop je niet eenmalig je product of dienst maar wordt herhalingsaankoop of upselling een logisch vervolg. Ook zal de klant waarmee jij een goede vertrouwensband hebt je sneller aanbevelen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product kennis<\/strong>. Goede gedetailleerde product kennis is een essentie voor het verkoopteam. Hiermee onderscheid jij je ten opzichte van demogelijke concurrent. Bovendien zal de klant je als expert ervaren wat  waard verhogend is. <a href=\"https:\/\/hetsalescentrum.nl\/dienst\/producttraining\/\">Product training<\/a> is dus een must!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultaat verder be\u00efnvloeden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je hebt zelf invloed op het resultaat. In de eerste plaats is het essentieel om te realiseren dat je eigen verantwoordelijkheid hebt. Door zelf in de lead te zijn heb je direct invloed op het resultaat. Blijf de dus in de eerste plaats kijken wat jezelf in samenwerking met je team kan doen om groei te realiseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat kan je nog meer doen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maak doelen S.M.A.R.T.<\/strong>. Om te zorgen dat het hele verkoopteam weet wat de bedoeling is zijn targets nodig. Hoe concreter de doelen gesteld worden des te groter de kans dat deze gehaald worden. Maak de doelen S.M.A.R.T. (specifiek, meetbaar, acceptabel, realistisch en tijdgebonden). Help de accountmanager door jaartarget in overzichtelijke kleinere stappen aan te bieden. Dit geeft naast overzicht ook demogelijkheid om sneller bij te sturen als blijkt dat de doelen niet gerealiseerd worden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales training<\/strong>. Investeer continu in <a href=\"https:\/\/hetsalescentrum.nl\/trainingen\/\">training<\/a> op sales vaardigheden. Net zoals een ervaren sporter door gedegen training niets aan het toeval overlaat zo mag het ook in het het verkoopvak niet aan training en coaching ontbreken.
