Letzte Woche hat Anthon Geersing zusammen mit <\/a>Paul van Ark<\/a> konnte die Ausbildung zum Mercedes-Benz C-Sales Certified durchf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei Mercedes-Benz durchlaufen die Verk\u00e4ufer grunds\u00e4tzlich das C-Sales-Programm. Darin werden ihnen markenspezifische Themen in Kombination mit Verkaufsf\u00e4higkeiten vermittelt. Certified, das Gebrauchtwagenlabel von Mercedes-Benz, hat spezifische Inhalte und wurde durch dieses Training in das C-Sales-Programm aufgenommen.

Alle Verkaufsberater, die sich mit dem Verkauf von jungen gebrauchten Mercedes-Benz Pkw besch\u00e4ftigen, wurden \u00fcber den aktuellen Stand der Dinge in Bezug auf das Certified-Label informiert. Die Facetten des Gebrauchtwagenprozesses wurden unter den H\u00e4ndlern verglichen und diskutiert. Sie lernen voneinander, was gut l\u00e4uft und wo es Entwicklungsm\u00f6glichkeiten gibt.

Paul van Ark ist seit mehr als 25 Jahren mit Mercedes-Benz verbunden. Sein Spezialgebiet ist der Gebrauchtwagenbereich. Gemeinsam mit seinen Kollegen unterst\u00fctzen sie die Mercedes-Benz H\u00e4ndler unter anderem bei Certified-Fahrzeugen. \"Es war schon seit Jahren unser Wunsch und der der Gebrauchtwagenkommission, eine spezifische Ausbildung rund um Certified zu haben\", sagt Paul.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\"Es war sehr sch\u00f6n zu erleben, wie offen sich die H\u00e4ndler untereinander austauschten, was gut l\u00e4uft und wo man etwas anpassen kann. Auch wir haben die notwendigen Erg\u00e4nzungen bekommen, mit denen wir arbeiten k\u00f6nnen.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Training hatte einen sehr offenen Charakter. Anhand offener Fragen und eines umfassenden Mentimeter-Fragebogens wurden die Teilnehmer aufgefordert, zu antworten. Die Antworten untersuchten nicht nur den Ist-Zustand in den Autoh\u00e4usern, sondern auch, inwieweit die Verkaufsberater den Gesamtprozess rund um den Gebrauchtwagen beeinflussen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
