Pluimers arbeitet mit 2 Verkaufsabteilungen. Die Privatverk\u00e4ufer, die zu den Verbrauchern nach Hause kommen. Sie beraten \u00fcber verschiedene Aspekte der Isolierung. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Boden-, Hohlraum- und Dachisolierung. Auch die Glasisolierung geh\u00f6rt zum Leistungsangebot der Organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au\u00dferdem gibt es ein Account-Team f\u00fcr den Unternehmensmarkt. Letzteres befasst sich mit gr\u00f6\u00dferen Projekten und sucht die Zusammenarbeit mit Bauunternehmen und Kommunen. Daher ist es wichtig, gemeinsam mit dem Account-Team zu \u00fcberlegen, wie man bestehende und neue Beziehungen besser kn\u00fcpfen kann. Um dies zu erreichen, hat man sich f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit mit dem\u00a0ExploreMe<\/a>\u00a0Test als Ausgangspunkt. Von dort aus betrachten wir die 5 S\u00e4ulen des ZALVT-Prinzips.
