Het werd duidelijk dat we op een andere manier talent moesten aantrekken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onze oplossing? Met begeleiding op maat leerden zij gesprekken van begin tot einde succesvol te voeren. Het was inspirerend om te zien hoe snel zij groeiden en vertrouwen opbouwden in hun rol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu zijn
